     I am pleased to take this opportunity of introducing you to my company. We have carried out restoration work on instruments for West European clients since 1983 and have specialised in the reconstruction of grand pianos from distinguished manufacturers. The high demands of our customers has constantly motivated us in the search for new methods in order to achieve the best possible results in our work. Aiming for reliability, our repair techniques are often highly intensive. Through the use of new components and extensive work, which we call 'special treatment', we have achieved first-rate and long-lasting results. If all aspects of the restoration are carried out in the 'special' mode, then we call it a reconstruction. Every newly constructed grand piano is for my staff and for myself the source of much satisfaction. With the illustrations and descriptions in this brochure, I would like to answer customers' frequently-asked questions on the individual stages of the repair work.
     As well as repair and reconstruction, we also carry out new constructions, often using customer-supplied components. For our repairs, we construct cabinet parts which we also supply to other craftsmen. In addition, we make piano stools and benches which are fitted with adjusting mechanisms and bolts from our own workshops.
